The rain finally stopped for me to get my run in today. I ran 4 miles in 42:46 that's a 10'41" pace.
Everyone in bed by 10:00 tomorrow. We have a training 5/10K on Jan 1st. My goal for the race is to run the 3.1 miles at a 10:20 pace. I'll keep you posted.

You know for a fact that will not happen. Now, on the other hand, the alcohol consumption will be down to a extreme minimun as compared to past New Years.
