I tried to go running Monday but it snowed. Couldn't make myself get out in the cold. Yesterday was a nice day so I decided I would try the yellow trail at Sweetwater. I have not done that loop in about 6 months. And it will probably be 6 months before I try it again. I had forgotten how hard it is to run that trail. I did pretty good on the hill but I was worn out after this run. About half way through the hill loop I see Robb come blazing by me going the other way. I think I will stick to the pavement from now on. I am not a trail guy.
John Wood has two races lined up for the next two weekends. Does anybody else have any races scheduled?
