David Jones 3/29 Long Run
Sunday afternoon I tried to take a nap but the kids kept messing with me. So I thought I would go for a good run instead. It was cold outside but warmed up fast. Got 8 miles in and had my best time for my 8 mile route. 1:07:55. My knees felt a little rough afterwards but they feel OK today. I think my new training program will be to get in some 4 mile runs at lunch and then try to get in some 4 - 5 mile runs at night, Maybe twice a week. We'll see how that goes.
