John Wood 3/29 5K

Ran a 5 K today around Centennial Park in Nashville (me and about 700 of my closest friends). Very chilly at 7:30, somewhere around 41 degrees. Started on a good pace, and finished my race at 24:07. I run a 10 K next Saturday. My goal is to finish in 55 minutes. Let's GO!!
