After one week of battling off a cold and a second week of heavy travel, I'm back. Ran yesterday with John Wood, Bruce Kelly of TracPipe and Tim Ramsey at Chateau Elan, site of the TracPipe sales meeting. Ran approx. 2.5 miles of trails, almost "met" a large dog...couldn't outrun the dog, but think I could outrun T-Ram.
Tonight I ran 5 miles in the 'hood.
I have signed up for the Charles Harris 10K that starts at Tucker High School and ends at Shamrock High School. Most of the race goes down picturesque Lawrenceville Highway. The joys of city living! My goal is to break 63 minutes. I am looking forward to running on asphalt.
