Nothing special today. Did about 4-1/2 miles around the neighborhood in 37:16. Good news is my first 2 miles were 7:49 and 7:51 and mile # 3 was 8:03. Pretty quick miles for me.
Next scheduled run is 9 miles on Sunday.
We now have our official team roster posted on the H2C website. If you want to see your name listed go to team roster and put in team # 690 and phone # 678-290-0627. They currently have us in the wrong category but I have talked to H2C to get that corrected.
