David Jones - 02/10 Training

Another Sunday, Another long run. Late Sunday afternoon was a great day for a run in Atlanta. Sunny and a little cool. Got my 8 miles in and felt great. Set an all new record for 8 miles. 1:08:20. 2 miles were under 8 minutes and 2 miles were 8:03 and 8:08. I can really feel that I can go longer and faster now. All the training is paying off. Next Sunday calls for a 10 mile run. That will be my longest to date. Just 3 weeks until the 1/2 marathon.
