Ran Sweetwater yellow trail by myself (you remember it, John?) and the blacktop today.
Really didn't pay attention to time, just trying to pace myself and change up my speed.
Pretty good run, but the wind was ripping at me and I'm a total woose when it comes to cold weather.
Tomorrow's a day off for me.
Austin and I will hit the trails Thursday and Friday since it'll be the last couple of days he'll be at SMI corporate before heading on to greener pastures. Don't think you're getting off easy, bud.
We'll be hooking up at least twice a week at Stone Mountain Park!
