Austin & Robb TPC/Sweetwater Training

Robb & I went to Sweetwater Park for a little trail running on Wed. and it went pretty well. We ran about 4.5 miles in just under 50 min. Doesn't seem very fast, but there are some parts of the trail that if your not careful and don't take your time you could hurt yourself. Anyway as you already know my first run in a while was at Stone Mountain a few weeks ago with Robb and it's about 5.4 miles around it. We did that in about 54 min. which seemed pretty good for my first run in about month. Of course I could barely walk for 3 or 4 days, but then the following Sunday we ran it again and knocked off a whole 5 min. and got around the mountain in about 48-49 min. that's about a 9 min mile so I was pretty pumped about it. Next run will be Sunday at Stone Mountain if anyone wants to meet up with me and trainer Robb let us know. Go team crazy! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
