2008 is upon us and time to get serious about this running business. I have a few training runs to update. Didn't feel much like running Saturday so only did 2.5 miles. Time was 22:09. Felt pretty motivated on Sunday and got in a 5 mile run in 42:35. Went to Sweetwater Creek today and put in 4 miles in35:39. Legs feel pretty tired today. Might have to take tomorrow off. Been averageing about 8-3/4 minutes per mile. Not too worried about time right now but I want to get comfortable running some 6 - 7 mile runs.
8 months until Oregon. Go team Plumb Crazy!!
