Flew out before the snow hit Atlanta to Philadelphia for the annual Quaker B Ball Game and Pat's Cheese Steak feast. While in school, I would run up through Drexel, over the Schuylkill River, past the side of the Philadelphia Art Museum and alongside the famous Boat Houses by the river. Today's A Train flight must have been taken me through time travel as I suited up and did this route along with a run down and then back up the famous Rocky Steps. I was certainly going slowly but nevertheless I ran 65 minutes non stop. Youth has been regained. Rocky would have been proud!
Now, if only the Quakers can beat the St. Joes Hawks tonight. I've already eaten a Pat's Pizza Steak for lunch and will be back for round two around midnight.
Maybe, I should have run at a faster pace?
