Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Sunday morning Austin and I ran Stone Mountain Park.
(By the way, I run almost every Sunday at SMP so if anyone wants to join me please do!)
This was Austin's first run in a month and he actually did much better than I would have with so much time between runs.
We ran 5.4 miles
Pretty good all things considered.

Monday afternoon I went to Sweetwater and had a pretty good run; overall very happy with my performance.

Tuesday afternoon did the same. It wasn't quite as long of a run but I varied it up re: track and speed. Still a good run.

I plan to run tomorrow as well, weather permitting.
