Tom and I arrived at the Hampton Inn right of I75. I wonder if I will have stayed at every Hampton Inn in Florida before I retire...I sure hope not. After getting directions from the front desk, we went to a park next to the bay and and ran over a bridge that they said was 1 mile long. Well either the bridge is quite a bit longer than 1 mile or both us ran extremely slow, but I did run to the other end and back and Tom, "The Kenyan", did two trips over the bridge. The sun was settting over the bay, the IPOD Shuffle was hitting great songs and the run was fun. For some reason my lower back is still stiff, but not enough to keep me from running.
I am a definite for the the 5K Around Peachtree Battle Run this Saturday if anyone would like to run past older homes that are very expensive.
