After a horrible run last Friday with Tom and Jody, I had a pretty good one at Stone Mountain Park Saturday afternoon, running 6 miles at 48:02 minutes.
My concern is my lack of consistency in running times.
My energy level varies and I need to get a grip on that.
Ran on the treadmill Sunday and Monday with times between 7.75 and 8.00 minutes.
Tuesday morning I got up about 5:00 a.m. and ran with my new headlamp (thanks RG!) around the neighborhood for about 30 minutes. I figure it's just a matter of time before someone calls the cops on me as some sort of peeping Tom so I'm carrying my I.D. now. Another crummy performance.
COLD is my enemy.
