Camp TPC

Austin and I ran Sunday at Stone Mountain Park.

Pretty good run for Austin, going the furthest yet without having to stop.

I was feeling really good about my run as well, pushing through a mental hurdle I have had for over a year now involving a large hill. Sunday I showed it who was boss.

I know I could have gone around the mountain twice but had to stop for other reasons.



Monday Austin and I hit Sweetwater for phase two of TPC Camp. We ran the red-blue-white trail in 48:25, Austin's second best run on that course. Great weather.



I think I'm going to try to catch up with Jonesy and see if I can go further, faster.
